Gravity Taproom operates the Gravity Analytics application for internal business analytics and marketing-performance purposes. This page explains how the application uses information made available through Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Information We Access
Gravity Analytics may access information associated with Gravity Taproom's own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, including:
- Business-owned posts, media, Stories, and related content metadata
- Page and account performance metrics
- Reach, views, impressions, engagement, interactions, and similar analytics
- Story performance data, including Story insights made available by Meta
- Basic information necessary to identify Gravity Taproom's connected Facebook Page and Instagram professional account
Gravity Analytics is intended to analyze Gravity Taproom's own business accounts and content. It is not designed to build profiles of individual customers or followers.
How We Use Information
Information accessed through Meta is used for internal Gravity Taproom purposes, including:
- Measuring the performance of marketing content
- Comparing Facebook and Instagram content performance
- Preserving historical Story analytics after Stories expire
- Identifying marketing trends and opportunities
- Improving Gravity Taproom's marketing planning and content strategy
Data Storage
Certain analytics and content metadata may be stored by Gravity Taproom so historical performance can be reviewed after Meta no longer makes the information available through its normal interfaces.
Gravity Analytics does not sell information obtained through Meta.
Gravity Analytics does not use information obtained through Meta to create or sell advertising profiles about individual users.
Sharing of Information
Information accessed by Gravity Analytics is used for Gravity Taproom's internal business operations.
We do not sell Meta user data to third parties.
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Gravity Analytics, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, where necessary to provide the service.
Data Security
Gravity Taproom uses reasonable technical safeguards intended to protect information handled by Gravity Analytics. Access credentials and API secrets are stored securely and are not intentionally exposed through the application.
Data Deletion Requests
Gravity Analytics is primarily designed to store business-level analytics and Gravity Taproom-owned content information rather than individual consumer profiles.

Please include enough information for us to identify the data you are requesting to have deleted. We will review the request and delete applicable information from Gravity Analytics where reasonably identifiable and appropriate.

Gravity Analytics uses APIs and services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of Facebook and Instagram is also subject to Meta's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
